Villa Beller has reached the highest level of environmental sustainability thanks to continuous investments in infrastructure and energy efficiency. In addition to the existing solar collectors for the preparation of sanitary hot water and heat pumps for central heating of all apartments during the winter months, the investment realized in 2026 rounded off this sustainable energy concept with the construction of a photovoltaic power plant, making electricity the only energy source of the facility. In addition to enabling its own, environmentally friendly production of electricity, the photovoltaic power plant installed above the parking lot also brought additional value – covered parking, as the last infrastructural prerequisite for the facility’s 5* categorization. Whether Villa Beller will formally carry the 5* label remains to be seen, but one thing is certain – our guests’ tin pets will enjoy the shade, protected from the scorching Mediterranean sun, rain and all the weather challenges brought by climate change.
