On the second floor of the house is a modern 55m2 Učka apartment, designed for a stay of 4 people. Upon entering, you will find an open concept living room with a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need for your comfortable stay (glass ceramic hob, large fridge with freezer, classical and microwave oven, dishwasher, hood with direct air exhaust, coffee maker and water heater), from which you can access the balcony with a view of the garden and the forested slopes of Učka mountain on one side, and the beach and nautical marina on the other. From the living room with a pull-out couch, club table and Sat/TV you can exit to the street-oriented loggia with a partial view of the sea. The bedroom, completely separated from the living room, is oriented towards the courtyard and is equipped with a French bed (160x200), a large wardrobe with a full-length mirror, a safe and a toilet table with an armchair. Both rooms have an air conditioning unit (heating/cooling), and the whole apartment has central heating for the winter months. The 10m2 bathroom is warm and modern, with a shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin and hairdryer.
