Ever since 1992, four generations of our family make sure that our guests take nothing but the best memories on their stay with us. Totally renovated in 2023, our six 1-bedroom and two 2-bedroom apartments offer an unparalleled price-quality ratio, in line with trends and expectations of a modern traveler. We do not only offer great accomodation throughout the year on a daily, weekly or monthly rent basis, we are much more that that... Should you need advice of great places to go and things to see in the region, or would like a tip on the best place to eat, best beaches, or how to find fresh organic groceries and seafood, just scan the three QR codes in your apartment. They will take you on the journey throughout the beautiful and famous Opatija riviera, and tell you everything on the gastronomy, entertainment and excursions in the region and beyond. Those online guides are prepared by our team, just for our guests, and are based on our own local know-how gained by 70+ years of living in this unique place called Kvarner... There are many reasons why the Austro-Hungarian royalty chose Opatija for their vacation at the end of the 19th century. If you have already been to this area, then you know why. About the owners

The owner of Villa Beller is a family of university professors, doctors and lawyers. The three generations of the family, renowned for its passion for arts and culture, have woven their knowledge, experience and attention to detail into the creation of this exceptional place to stay and relax, which exudes refined elegance and comfort.
The owners are proud of their long-standing and loyal staff, with whom they have not only business but also friendship ties. The staff looks after guests like family, warmly welcomes them and is available to them at any time during their stay.

How to reach us?

If you arrive by bus, the villa is located at a walking distance from the bus stop (200 m).
If you arrive by rail, the nearest railway station is 12 km away, in the city of Rijeka.
If you arrive by air, the nearest airport is 45 km away (Rijeka Airport). We offer a direct charter transfer from the airport to the Villa Beller, upon prior request.
If you arrive by car or personal vehicle, you will easily access our villa and will be able to use one parking spot per unit of accommodation.
If you arrive by ferry, we are 20 km away from the nearest ferry port (Brestova).

Access to additional facilities

In the near vicinity of our villa you will find a farmacy (1 km), a medical clinic (3 km), an exchange office (200 m), and a gas station (2.5 km). The centre of the town is at 300 m, while the grocery store is at 50 m from our villa.
