On the first floor of the house is a modern 55m2 Lovran apartment, designed for 4 guests. Upon entry, you will find an open-concept living room with a modern kitchen equipped with everything necessary for your comfortable stay (glass ceramic hob, large fridge with freezer, classic and microwave oven, dishwasher, hood with direct air extraction, coffee machine and water kettle), from which you can access the balcony overlooking the garden and the wooded slopes of Učka mountain on one side and the sea on the other. From the living room with a pull-out couch, club table and Sat/TV you can exit to the street-oriented loggia with a seating/dining set for 2 people. The bedroom, completely separated from the living room, is oriented to the courtyard side and is equipped with a French bed (160x200), large wardrobe with full-length mirror, safe and toilet table with armchair. Both rooms have an air conditioner (heating/cooling) and the whole apartment has central heating for the winter months. The 10m2 bathroom is warm and modern, with a shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin and hair dryer.
