This comfortable 63m2 apartment is located on the ground floor and is popular among our guests because of two large, completely separated rooms of generous dimensions (25m2). It is street-oriented and comfortable for 4 people. The 8m2 hallway contains a modern kitchen equipped with glass-ceramic hob, large fridge with freezer, classic and microwave oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, water boiler, and hood with direct air outlet. From the hallway, you can access the bedroom on one, and the living room on the other side. The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed (180x200) with the possibility of an extra or a child bed, large wardrobe with full-height mirror, safe, vanity table, and armchair. The large living room is equipped with a pull-out sofa, dining table for 4 people, and SAT/TV, and through the french doors, you can access the small balcony. The 5m2 bathroom is equipped with modern sanitary equipment (shower/WC, hair dryer). The apartment, that we named "Mošćenička Draga" (after the most beautiful beach on the whole Opatija riviera) is equipped with air conditioning in each room (heating/cooling), as well as with central heating for your complete comfort throughout the year.
